Sydney Toy Swap: Reimagined Toys 2026

This year’s theme is Reimagined Toys: Possibilities Are Endless.

We’re inviting families and communities across Sydney and the Blue Mountains to reimagine, share and celebrate toys through the joy of swapping.

A pre-loved toy can have many lives. A toy that has been outgrown can bring joy to another child, create new possibilities for play and stay in circulation for longer.

And we’re building on the success of last year’s Toy Swap.

In 2025, together we:

🌱 Diverted 1,200 kg of toys and books from landfill

🧸 Rehomed over 5,500 toys and books

This September, Toy Swaps will take place across Sydney and the Blue Mountains:

📍 Randwick — 12 September

📍 Bayside — 12 September

📍 Canada Bay — 13 September

📍 Ku-ring-gai — 13 September

📍 Inner West — 19 September

📍 Blue Mountains — 19 September
